This a business agreement between the Breeder & the Buyer, signed by both parties for the protection of the kitten/cat. Once this contract is signed,
no changes will be permitted without a written amendment, agreed to and signed by both parties. If it is found that the Buyer has broken the contract,
the kitten will be returned to the Breeder unconditionally, with no refund due to the Buyer. A company hired to pick up the kitten will be hired by the
breeder
to pick up the kitten.

If this Kitten/cat is purchased as a PET and not spayed/neutered by 6 months of age, the buyer arees to pay the seller

Pet Health Guarantee:
Cat/Kitten is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery. Purchaser is advised to confirm this by taking cat/kitten to their
veterinary within 72 hours for a complete examination.
If Purchaser’s veterinary finds any hereditary or congenital defects on first visit, Purchaser’s full purchase will be refund upon
the return of the cat/kitten.
Breeder Health Guarantee:
Breeder offers no guarantees of show or breeder quality. Breeder guarantees against sterility and genetic defects based upon
breeder’s reliance upon a licensed veterinarian’s certification that said cat/kitten sold for breeding. Upon a written proof of diagnosed
HCM by a board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist or a copy of DNA testing stating that the cat is carrying a + gene of HCM carrier. Buyer
will receive a replacement kitten as a soon as one is available. Buyer may keep the original cat but must give proof of spay/neutered before
receiving a replacement. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills incurred. If this cat is bred before having DNA tested to prove -/- HCM gene
then the contract will apply to a replacement. If at any time, this kitten/cat is found to be ill, malnourished, abused, neglected, or loose unattended
outdoors,
The State of Animal Health Department will be notified.
Guarantee by buyer:
Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat ever be sold, leased or co-owned or given away to any pet shop, humane Shelter, research facility, or other
such facility.
